Acceptance procedure
Verification of the condition of the package by the buyer upon delivery:
We recommend that the buyer check the package upon delivery (contents, conformity and condition of the package(s)). On arrival, the package must be checked by the buyer, who must open and inspect it in the presence of the carrier before signing the acknowledgement of receipt. If the parcel and/or products are damaged (traces of water, impact, burns, etc.), we advise you to refuse the parcel by making precise, dated and signed handwritten reservations on the delivery slip, and to have the words “parcel refused because damaged” written on it. In addition, if the parcel shows signs of having been opened and one or more items are missing, you must also refuse it and draw up a spoliation report with the delivery person.
