Dosage: 45 g per kg of meat paste
Composition: sugars (lactose, dextrose) / garlic / salt / milk proteins / phosphates E-451(4%) (P2O5) / spices / sodium erythorbate E-316 (1.1%) / cochineal E-120 (0.05%)
1. Use: Add 15 g / kg nitrite salt
