Return procedure

When you buy on CSJ emballages, you benefit from the possibility of returning the product if it does not meet your expectations. On this page, we invite you to discover the conditions required for a successful return.

Please note that you can return it to us within 14 days (excluding professional orders). We remind you that for this return, the products must NEVER have been used: the packaging must be intact.

You can contact us by telephone Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm 1.30pm-5pm on 03 84 25 42 72 (price of a local call). You must cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your package. (date of receipt as communicated by the carrier). return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Simply follow the instructions below:

• Fill in the withdrawal form On receipt of this form, you will have 14 days to return the product(s) you no longer require.

  which you can print out and enclose in your parcel
• . For this return, we invite you to take all the necessary steps to ensure efficient delivery: solidly reinforced parcel, sufficient postage, value insurance and tracking. Under no circumstances will CSJ Emballages be held responsible for product damage or theft during return shipment.

The refund procedure will begin upon receipt of the package at our premises.

CSJ emballages reserves the right to refuse product returns that do not comply with this procedure.

In accordance with the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within a period not exceeding 30 days. This reimbursement can take several forms:

• or re-credit your credit card: if you have paid by credit card, our site can re-credit your card;
• or reimburseyou via PayPal: if you have made a purchase via PayPal, our company will reimburse you via this method;
• or by bank transfer: our site will offer you a refund by bank transfer if you have paid by cheque. In this case, don’t forget to enclose a bank statement (RIB or IBAN) with your return parcel.

Important note: Please note that even if you have paid by cheque, we will not be able to refund you by this means.
