Product prices are quoted in Euros, exclusive of VAT. Article 18 – TOLERANCE
Our professional practices allow for a tolerance of 2% in deliveries of items that may contain defects, given the industrial nature of their production.
On quantity: quantities delivered over or under are deemed acceptable by the customer, at the order price, with a tolerance of 20% on the quantity ordered.
However, this percentage may be higher for orders involving only small quantities of material.
On grammage and thickness: as we are subject to the tolerances in practice in the packaging industry in terms of quality, purity, grammage and thickness of the raw materials used, we cannot be held responsible in any way for these points.
In these areas, variations from one production run to another are considered unavoidable, and in no way justify complaint or refusal of the goods.
On printing: variations in print quality due to the processes used and the raw materials used are permitted. As a result, we keep as close as possible to the shades requested, without any difference in tone justifying a refusal of the goods or a reduction in the price initially agreed.
