Sending the form: You can fill in the form online, and fill in the return form which will be included in your parcel. You can also send us this withdrawal form by e-mail, fax or registered post, with your signature and the date of dispatch (the date of the letter, e-mail or fax being taken as proof).

Product returns: You have a maximum of 14 days after your withdrawal request to send the products concerned. Returned products must be in their original condition, with their original packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the products in their original condition.
